Haiku Holiday 2011: Haiku

As part of the North Carolina Haiku Society's 32nd annual Haiku Holiday, we asked people to bring some favorite haiku on 3 x 5 cards. Here is a gallery of some of these haiku. See also some photos of people at the meeting.

  • Mary Belle Campbell, a longtime North Carolina Haiku Society member, passed away in April. Rebecca Ball Rust, founder of the NCHS, wrote: 

"Mary Belle Campbell was a tireless worker for the North Carolina Haiku Society, conducting workshops, serving on the Board of Directors, funding. From the time she joined the society, she never missed a Haiku Holiday."

    Mary Belle Campbell, a longtime North Carolina Haiku Society member, passed away in April.
